Many of our shoes are fit with SPD cleats. This clips into an SPD pedal to allow for maximum energy transfer in the upstroke for the trailing leg, as well as in the down stroke for the leading one.

When it comes to fit, you’re looking for something that is slightly more snug than your everyday shoes. You should be able to wriggle your toes around but you want your heel to remain snugly supported in the heel cup of the shoe whilst riding.
