Lake MX146 Wide Fit Winter Cycling Boots
Upper: The upper features softshell fabric, water resistant microfiber, Thinsulate 200gr insulation and a waterproof membrane making this a highly water resistant cycling shoe great in various conditions. Clarino microfiber offers great durability and the suppleness found in leather at a significant weight reduction.
Outsole: Supergrip Enduro Sole with Ice Lock anti-slip lug inserts. Not only does the MX146 feature Lake’s Legendary Fiberglass injected Nylon sole, but also one of the most technically advanced rubber soles. The Supergrip rubber sole features ICE LOCK tread inserts, which are vertically injected micro glass fibers that grip virtually all surfaces. This gives you a wet weather cycling shoe that is sure footed and stable
in any condition.
Closure: Mid Power M4 Cartridge Tongue mounted BOA dial excels in ice, dirt & other challenging environments & is designed to be easily adjusted with gloves on. The mid-capacity dial combines durability & closure strength to withstand intense force & impact, without sacrificing fit & when combined with Click-Fit quick release, the system makes for an easier entry & exit.

We recommend going up a size from what you normally wear in the Lake Winter Shoes
This is due to the extra materials waterproof membrane etc which take up a bit of space and make the winter boots sized small.

Comfy winter boots.
Bought these shoes to tackle frozen, numb toes in cold winter rides. They fit well and it was critical to have Richards advise on them, to choose the right model and the right size (I got the wide ones). He is a very kind and extremely knowledgeable guy and his help made the difference on buying the right ones. I still get a bit numb toes with single figures temperatures and rides longer than an hour, but the whole experience is much more comfortable and manageable than wearing many layers of socks, overshoes, undershoes, etch. and I would say definitely warmer. Been riding in -1 without much discomfort, so I would say that they do their job well and they’re worth the investment if you wanna keep fit during winter.

MTB Shoes
Guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects, workmanship and defective materials. Documentation showing purchase date is required. All Warranty claims are subject to approval by Lake or an authorized agent.
Road Shoes
Guaranteed for the usable life of the shoes meaning that the new products are free from defects in material and workmanship affecting form fit and function except with respect to refurbished products. However this guarantee does not apply to those products that have been misused or hardware that has been improperly installed. All warranty claims are subject to approval by Lake or an authorized agent.
Boa Technology Warranty Information
Boa provides replaceable parts at no charge for the life of the product in which they are integrated.
