The CX332 offer the same carbon fibre Thermaform technology as found in the CX403 in the heel counter. In conjunction with Dual side mounted BOA lacing system the CX332 offers superior heel hold, while maintaining lake's legendary comfort and performance.

BOA - BOA® Closure System is a micro-cable closure system provides a fine-tunable, evenly distributed closure that eliminates pressure points & hot spots. It is the first mechanical system to meet Lake's exacting standards. Boa is a registered trademark of Boa Technology Inc.

Outlast - Outlast® SmartFabric Technology uses microencapsulated Phase Change Material (mPCM), which works on a microscopic level to maintain a constant skin temperature. This acts as a buffer against the extreme temperatures generated during high activity. The result is cooler or warmer depending on your body’s need, drier, less sweaty, more comfortable feet.

K-Lite kangaroo leather for Lake by Packer Leather, is the lightest, strongest & most durable natural leather. It utilizes multiple surface treatments to better protect & increase the comfort of your feet. Duratek treatment strengthens the leather & protects it from abrasion, and Microblok antimicrobial treatment renders the leather uninhabitable to microbes & germs.

The wide version offers additional volume at the ball of the foot over the standard width last.

Fit - The Lake CX332 Wide Fit Road Cycling shoes uses a CX/TX Race Last (Mould)

Featuring a slightly narrower toe box and tighter heel than the Competition last and less overall volume than the Sport last. Designed for very high-cadence riding and higher pressure and a slimmer fit.

"Also the Lake CX332's may feel uncomfortable when trying on for the first time without moulding the heel cup as your foot gets pushed forward, but once moulded as per the instructions below your foot will move back in the shoe around 5mm giving more space at the front of the shoe for your toes and feel more like that perfect fit" 

There is 3mm between half sizes and 6mm between full sizes

Lake Carbon Shoe Heat Moulding Instructional Guide - With the Lake CX332 it's around the heel cup area that requires moulding to get the perfect fit also worth saying is we highly recommend using a separate oven thermometer as oven thermostats aren't always accurate.
