The Lake CX177's are made using the same shoe last (mould) So the same great fit.

The wide version offers 15mm of additional volume at the ball of the foot over the standard width last.
- Lake Sport fiberglass-injected nylon outsole 3 hole cleat pattern
- New Clarino Microfiber and mesh upper
- Side mounted Push/Pull BOA L6 lacing system with powerstrap.
Lake Sport Last:
The higher cadence and longer ride times which characterise road cycling require excellent foot control to avoid hot-spots and numbness. With a much closer fit than any of Lakes off-road lasts, their Sport last cradles the foot securely to prevent any unwanted movement. This last features a precisely fitted toe-box, high arch and mid width ball girth.

Great advice
Richard was really helpful when I spoke to him on the phone ahead of making an order. The size-calculator was a big help too and after many years, I have a pair of shoes that are wide enough :)

Really comfy shoes with a wide fit that are great to ride in
Lake wide fit
So I've always found shoes narrow! So i put my foot on some paper stood on one leg and got my wife to draw around the foot, done this for left n right, then measured the widest part and the longest part and using lakes online measurements ordered off that.

Glad I went for the Wide Fitting it is a perfect fit, All my previous shoes have not offered this choice.

Guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects, workmanship and defective materials. Documentation showing purchase date is required. All Warranty claims are subject to approval by Lake or an authorized agent.
Road Shoes
Guaranteed for the usable life of the shoes meaning that the new products are free from defects in material and workmanship affecting form fit and function except with respect to refurbished products. However this guarantee does not apply to those products that have been misused or hardware that has been improperly installed. All warranty claims are subject to approval by Lake or an authorized agent.
Boa Technology Warranty Information
Boa provides replaceable parts at no charge for the life of the product in which they are integrated.
