Which Arch Do I Have?
If you don't know what sort of arch you have, an easy fitting guide is to attempt to place an index finger beneath the arch of your foot while standing upright:
- If there is room to spare you should use High Profile Insoles
- If the fit is snug you should use Medium Profile Insoles
- If the finger cannot fit you should use Low Profile Insoles
An alternate test to find out your foot type is to walk over brown or coloured paper with wet feet. the imprint left by your foot should depict your arch height, as shown in the diagram below:

Make a difference

Happy Feet
These are my favourite insoles, they're supportive and comfortable and I have fewer issues with my knees and Achilles using these. I particularly like how they have a low profile heel so they fit better in shoes without pushing your foot too high.

Good quality insoles
I’ve been using Currex RunPro Insoles (Medium Arch Heights) for a while now per advice from a physio to provide some the added stability when running. They are good quality and long lasting. The service from Salt Dog Cycling was great too!

Currex insoles
I use workpro, runpro and hikepro Currex insoles. They make a huge difference in every activity. Recommended by a podiatrist to alleviate pain in my big toes, they have helped and I no longer have pain. On my feet a lot as a nurse and the workpro reduce aching feet/legs.
